The Bossmom Network was started by B3BossMom Michelle Gordon in 2014, almost 10 years after she discovered her passion for parenting and impacting children. With more than 15 years of experience in the parenting & child industry space, she saw the need to create and has added a support network for mothers-in-business.

As the founding editor of B3 Parenting Magazine – the Caribbean’s first dedicated lifestyle magazine for parents, Michelle also created Island Child Style, BOLDgirl and OurSons – all confidence-building and youth development platforms for children.

“I love being a parent and I love helping other parents to maximize their journey with their children. However, over the years I have seen so many mothers who go into business face a myriad of challenges that I believe can be avoided with the application of best practices in both business and parenting. That balance is possible. I’m here to help Momtrepreneurs to strike that balance, be it from me or ‘through’ me, so that we can all live our best BossMom lives.
